What materials can you engrave?
We work with a wide variety of materials including hardwood, plywood veneers, genuine leather, glass, stone, acrylic, and specifically coated metals (like Yeti or Polar Camel tumblers).
Can I provide my own item to be engraved?
Yes, we regularly engrave customer-provided items. Before proceeding, we just need to verify the exact material to ensure it is safe to laser and will yield a high-quality result.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. We handle large production runs for corporate gifts, awards, wedding favors, and branded merchandise. We can also provide physical proofs for approval on bulk runs.
How long does a custom project take?
Most individual custom projects are completed within 1 to 2 weeks from the final design approval. Bulk orders or items requiring specialty materials may take longer, which we will coordinate with you upfront.
